A ‘Countryside Border’ inspired by the ‘Grand Salads’ of the 1600s, featuring a broad range of edible, UK native and naturalised plants, alongside more exotic varieties, which can be grown or foraged in the UK.  The border celebrates the benefits of plant-based diets for people and the planet, inspiring the discovery of the huge variety of plants that can be eaten and enjoyed.
